Jane has been a Trustee for Oasis for 13 years, and with over 30 years of sales and leadership experience in the IT industry she brings invaluable business expertise and networking skills to the Charity.

As well as working for a number of multi-national corporations, including Microsoft and Xerox, Jane was the founding Director of a start-up technology consultancy.  She is currently the founding Director of CIO networking and business consultancy Executive Change.

During her time as a Trustee for Oasis Jane has utilised her business skills by focusing on fundraising and engaging with local businesses and statutory bodies.  In particular, Jane has helped the team to secure and maintain funding from local and central government.

Originally from New Zealand, Jane moved to the UK in 1988 and has lived in Woking, Surrey for the past 18 years with her husband Craig, daughter Ella aged 13, Labrador Monty and four un-named chickens!

“My family is blessed with both a secure and loving environment as well as financial stability – something which too many local children have little connection with.  Working with Oasis offers me the opportunity of making a contribution and difference to one of society’s most needy groups – children who suffer abuse.

Unfortunately this is a group in society that seems to be growing.  This, added to the fact that government funding can no longer be relied upon, means that Oasis needs the help and support of our local community more now than ever.”  Jane Grant, Founder of Executive Change and Oasis Trustee
